Recommended to me by my son, Dan came to my house to fix a power connection on my laptop. He not only fixed that, but also got my laptop running faster by fixing some issues that were making it lag. He explained everything in plain English and didn’t make me feel like a “know-nothing”. (Even though I know nothing). He diagnosed my problem in an instant, found other problems that I didn’t even know I had, fixed it all, and was gone in less than an hour. Prompt, courteous, reliable service and VERY reasonable rates is great to see in this day and age! I would recommend Dan to anyone with PC problems.
Dan, do you work on mini ipads? mine started freaking out like it’s possessed…lol…just keeps flipping thru all the windows without me touching it…help!
Hey Sandy! Unfortunately, I have never operated or worked on an Ipad Mini before haha. I could take a look at it for you, but I am not too sure on how well I will be able to fix it.

I was having some problems with my laptop screen lately so I contacted Dan for help. He was very easy to schedule an appointment with and pretty flexible, too. My computer was a 2 day project overall (had to return another day with a replacement screen cord) and only took a total of a few hours to diagnose and fix the problem. Pricing is unbelievably reasonable and the turn-over time just can’t be beat! Dan is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to understand, as well. He is definitely in business to help people rather than nickel and dime them for shoddy work with lots of flash (like another repair shop I’ll refer to as the “Nerd Posse” does…) All around, it was a great experience doing business with Dan and I will continue to go back to him for my computer needs.
